Eleanor is a writer, artist and senior lecturer in Media Production at the University of the West of England (UWE). Her research and creative practice explore audience participation in collaborative storytelling drawing on publishing models and role-playing games. Working in the arts and creative sector for over ten years, Eleanor has worked with independent creatives and key cultural organisations including Edinburgh UNESCO City of Literature Trust, Bristol City of Film, The British Council and Creative Europe.  

Eleanor is a resident at the Pervasive Media Studio and a member of The Society of Authors, the British Fantasy Society and The British Science Fiction Association. In 2024, Eleanor was part of the Gaming Programme Team for Glasgow 2024, a WorldCon for Our Futures, and participated in panels with a host of gaming experts and creatives.
